The Royal Restroom’s ADA Trailer is designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. The ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) unit conforms to all applicable portions of the ADA Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG). This unit is ideal for certain business remodels requiring restroom facilities that meet ADAAG standards and may be combined with additional Royal Restrooms to service events such as festivals and fundraisers.
It is also ideal for serving those in need during emergency situations, disaster relief efforts, or in any case where power and water sources are not readily available.
The Royal Restroom ADA Unit includes one ADA room for women and another for men. Whether used for a special event or emergency situation, Royal Restrooms provide individuals with the comforts of home in clean, private, and spacious rooms featuring:

- Sinks with Running Water
- Air Conditioning or Heat
- Soap and Hand Towels
- Low-Level Outdoor Lighting
- Occupancy Light Indicators
- Dual Handrails and ADA Ramp

The unique design of Royal Restrooms gives them the mobility to go virtually anywhere. The ADA unit is completely self-contained and is operable using one 110 volt outlet or generator for the lights and heat or air conditioner. (Unit pulls a maximum of 20 amps.) Water is supplied by connection to a spigot with a garden hose, or a 125-gallon onboard freshwater holding tank. The unit houses a 100 gallon waster holding tank.
Rental options include daily, weekly and long-term rentals; generators; additional freshwater holding tanks; and restroom attendant.
